Decisions are made next to people who use Trocah, not next to slide decks. We ship, watch, and iterate weekly on real corridors.

Bias toward the simple thing.
We try the unconventional and small answer before the architectural one. Most weeks the right move is fewer parts, not more.

Time off, taken.
Twenty paid days a year, used. Fully remote with overlap hours across Canada and Nigeria. Health and wellbeing covered where the law lets us.
