About Us

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior React Native Developer (minimum 6 years of experience) to build and maintain our cross-platform mobile application using Expo. This role requires hands-on expertise in integrating Open Banking and KYC/AML verification platforms, along with experience in publishing apps to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. You will take full ownership of our mobile development, deliver secure fintech-grade integrations, and collaborate closely with backend and product teams to ensure a smooth user experience.

Job Description

As a Senior React native developer Engineer, you will be integral to our development team, working to design and implement high-quality mobile applications using React Native and Expo. You will be responsible for creating a resilient app, integrating with backend services, and establishing coding standards and methodologies within the team.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and deployment of a React Native (Expo) mobile app for iOS and Android.
Manage the full app release process, including submission, review, and updates on the App Store and Google Play Store.
Ensure compliance with app store guidelines, security standards, and financial regulations.
Work with backend engineers for API and webhook integrations.
Optimise app performance, scalability, and reliability.
Troubleshoot, debug, and maintain production-level apps.
Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers where needed.
Develop new user-facing features using React.js
Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code

Required Qualification

6+ years in mobile development with React Native & Expo.
Fintech experience (startup fintech preferred).
Strong expertise with React Native and Expo.
Super-proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript.
Experience working with RESTful APIs, webhooks, and event-driven systems.
Proven experience integrating Open Banking APIs and KYC/AML verification integrations.
End-to-end experience deploying apps to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
Strong understanding of mobile security, PCI-DSS, GDPR, and KYC/AML compliance.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps.
Previous work in fintech, banking, or identity verification platforms.
Leadership experience in guiding engineering teams.
Proven ability to deliver production-quality code under pressure.
